"Surely the prayer of someone who refuses to listen to [God's] teachings is disgusting." Proverbs 28:9 (GW)
Praise God Church !!
I tell you this, "Yahweh is God." He is the God we serve at Christian Healing Church Ministry.
Child of God are you refusing to act upon the teachings of God, yet you still claim to pray to him? Well your prayer may be disgusting and whenever you pray, you may never receive what you request in prayer until you pray in the will of God. How is that?
Dear CHRISTIAN HEALING CHURCH FAMILY of FAITH,
Well God does not hear our prayers if we are purposely sinning. The Bible (Micah 3:4 GW) says, that "you will cry to the LORD, but He will not answer you. He will hide his face from you at that time because you have done evil things. God hates people who do evil. In Psalms 26:5 (GW) The LORD says, "I have hated the mob of evildoers and will not sit with wicked people." God can not coexist with evil. Galatians 5:17 (GW) says, "What your corrupt nature wants is contrary to what your spiritual nature wants, and what your spiritual nature wants is contrary to what your corrupt nature wants. They are opposed to each other. As a result, you don't always do what you intend to do." You must understand that besides God, there are other spiritual forces behind all evil. Ephesians 6:12 (GW) says, "This is not a wrestling match against a human opponent. We are wrestling with rulers, authorities, the powers who govern this world of darkness, and spiritual forces that control evil in the heavenly world." Therefore in order for you not to be controlled by the spiritual forces that control evil and cause you to do evil, you should put away evil away from your life. Do not say you do not know how because once you give your life to Christ Jesus, and are a born again Christian, Ephesians 4:22 (GW) says, "You were taught to change the way you were living. The person you used to be will ruin you through desires that deceive you."
So how do you break away from evil and pray effectively?
1. REPENT
2. FORGIVE
3. BE PATIENT
4.SEEK GOD'S POWER
5. PRAY EFFECTIVELY
REPENT
Repentance of sins opens the way for a relationship with God. In Luke 3:8 (GW) John the baptist advises that, "Do those things that prove that you have turned to God and have changed the way you think and act." Unless you repent of your sins, you will perish and die. Luke 13:3,5 (GW) says, "If you don't turn to God and change the way you think and act, then you, too, will all die." Your relationship with God is only made possible through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the true son of Yahweh the Living God and it is our relationship with Christ that makes us believers to be children of God. 1 John 3:1-3 (GW) says, "The Father has given us his love. He loves us so much that we are actually called God's dear children. And that's what we are. For this reason the world doesn't recognize us, and it didn't recognize him [Christ] either."
Repentance is essential for the Holy Spirit to work in your life. In Acts 2:38 (GW) Peter emphasizes that, "All of you must turn to God and change the way you think and act, and each of you must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins will be forgiven. Then you will receive the Holy spirit as a gift." according to 2 Peter 3:9 (GW): The Lord isn't slow to do what he promised, as you may think. Rather, the Lord is patient for your sake. The Lord in Wordsworth doesn't want to destroy anyone including you, he wants you and all other people to have an opportunity to turn to him and change the way they think and act. God would therefore like you and everyone else to repent and believe. So after repenting, forgive as well. 1 John 1:8-9 (GW) says, "If we say, 'We aren't sinful' we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us. God is faithful and reliable. if we confess our sins, he forgives them and cleanses us from everything we've done wrong. By repenting, know that God will forgive your sins only if you confess them. So have faith in God and Confess. Believing God takes faith (see Genesis 15:6). Faith is hoping in what is not seen (see Hebrews 11:1). Faith is needed for salvation (see Romans 3:28). Faith puts us in a right relationship with God (see Romans 5:1). Faith comes from hearing the word of God (see Romans 10:17). Christianity is the only true faith (see Ephesians 4:5), and Faith accompanies obedience to God (see Hebrews 11:7-12). Obeying God is better than saying, I'm Sorry" (see 1 Samuel 15:22).
FORGIVE
Forgive those who repent of wrongs done to you. Luke 17:4 (GW) says, "Even if he wrongs you seven times in one day and comes back to you seven times and says that he is sorry, forgive him." Don't keep track of how many times you forgive. Matthew 18:21-22 (GW) says that, "Peter came to Jesus and asked him, 'Lord, how often do I have to forgive a believer who wrongs me? Seven times?' Jesus answered him, "I tell you, not just seven times, but seventy times seven." You must thus always forgive others. Matthew 6:14-15 (GW) says, "If you forgive the failures of others, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive others, your Father will not forgive your failures." The Bible (Colossians 3:13 GW) says, "Put up with each other, and forgive each other if anyone has a complaint. forgive as the Lord forgave you." I tell you, you must freely forgive others as God has forgiven you already, so be patient.
BE PATIENT
Be patient with each other without having track of how many times you forgive those who wrong you. Ephesians 4:2 (GW) says, "Be humble and gentle in every way. Be patient with each other and lovingly accept each other. Patience demonstrates love. 1 Corinthians 13:4 (GW) says, "Love is patient. Love is kind. Love isn't jealous. it doesn't sing its own praises. it isn't arrogant." Patience is evidence of the Holy spirit working in your life. The Bible (Galatians 5:19-23 GW) says, "Now, the effects of the corrupt nature are obvious: illicit sex, perversion, promiscuity, idolatry, drug use, hatred, rivalry, jealousy, angry outbursts, selfish ambition, conflict, factions, envy, drunkenness, wild partying, and similar things. I've told you in the past and I'm telling you again that people who do these kinds of things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the spiritual nature produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There are no laws against things like that." So you ought to be patient so as to be able to seek power from God to overcome evil.
SEEK GOD'S POWER
Once you have given your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and declare to be a born again Christian, and are baptized, you receive power from the Holy Spirit and God gives you power to overcome the world and the evil in it. Acts 1:8 (GW) says, "you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes to you." With the Holy Spirit given to you as a gift, as a Christian you have the power to overcome the world. 1 John 5:4-8 (GW) says, "Everyone who has been born from God has won the victory over the world. Our faith is what wins the victory over the world. Who wins the victory over the world? Isn't it the person who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This Son of God is Jesus Christ, who came by water and blood. He didn't come with water only, but with water and with blood. The Spirit is the one who verifies this, because the Spirit is the truth. There are three witnesses: the Spirit, the water, and the blood. These three witnesses agree." This power is power you exhibit through Jesus Christ. Hebrews 1:4-5 (GW) says, " The Son [Jesus Christ]has become greater than the angels since he has been given a name that is superior to theirs. God never said to any of his angels, "You are my Son. today I have become your Father." And God never said to any of his angels, "I will be his Father, and he will be my Son." When God was about to send his firstborn Son into the world, he said, "All of God's angels must worship him." So we people and more so believers too derive power by worshiping and praying to God only through Christ Jesus. James 5:16 (GW) Concludes that, "So admit your sins to each other, and pray for each other so that you will be healed. Prayers offered by those who have God's approval are effective. So start praying effectively.
WHAT IS EFFECTIVE PRAYER?
EFFECTIVE PRAYER
To effectively pray, you must pray for God's help.
God does not hear our prayers if we are purposely sinning (See Micah 3:4). So how should you pray effectively.
- Ensure your prayer is not a show.
Matthew 6:6 (GW) advises that, "When you pray, go to your room and close the door. Pray privately to your Father who is with you. Your Father sees what you do in private. He will reward you."
- Pray the way Jesus Christ taught us through his disciples.
In Matthew 6:9-13 (GW) Jesus Christ himself says, "This is how you should pray: Our Father in heaven, let your name be kept holy. Let your kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is done in heaven. Give us our daily bread today. forgive us as we forgive others. Don't allow us to be tempted. Instead, rescue us from the evil one." Amen.
- Pray with an attitude of patience, humbleness with an act of repentance or confession to seek forgiveness from God so that you honor God without looking down on anyone or comparing anyone or judging anyone, in a way of seeking God's approval.
In Luke 18:9-14 (GW), "Jesus also used this illustration with some who were sure that God approved of them while they looked down on everyone else. He said, "Two men went into the temple courtyard to pray. One was a Pharisee, and the other was a tax collector. The Pharisee stood up and prayed, 'God, I thank you that I'm not like other people! I'm not a robber or a dishonest person. I haven't committed adultery. I'm not even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my entire income.' "But the tax collector was standing at a distance. He wouldn't even look up to heaven. Instead, he became very upset, and he said, 'God, be merciful to me, a sinner!' "I can guarantee that this tax collector went home with God's approval, but the Pharisee didn't. Everyone who honors himself will be humbled, but the person who humbles himself will be honored."
- Pray to God only through Jesus Christ and in Jesus Christ's name.
In John 16:23-24 (GW) Jesus Christ says that, "When that day comes, you won't ask me any more questions. I [Jesus Christ] can guarantee this truth: If you ask the Father for anything in my name, he will give it to you. So far you haven't asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive so that you can be completely happy."
- In every situation Pray in the Spirit and without ceasing or getting tired and with confidence in God for the right words in prayer.
Ephesians 6:18-19 (GW) advises that, "Pray in the Spirit in every situation. Use every kind of prayer and request there is. For the same reason be alert. use every kind of effort and make every kind of request for all of God's people. Also pray that God will give me the right words to say. Then I will speak boldly when I reveal the mystery of the Good News."
- Pray without doubting.
James 1:6 (GW) says, " When you ask for something, don't have any doubts. A person who has doubts is like a wave that is blown by the wind and tossed by the sea." God will help you overcome doubts (see Psalms 42:5-6). Doubt inhibits your prayers (see James 1:5-7).
- Pray with the right motives.
James 4:3 (GW) says, "When you pray for things, you don't get them because you want them for the wrong reason-- for your own pleasure.
- Pray according to God's will.
1 John 5:14-18 (GW) says that, "We are confident that God listens to us if we ask for anything that has his approval. We know that he listens to our requests. So we know that we already have what we ask him for. If you see another believer committing a sin that doesn't lead to death, you should pray that God would give that person life. This is true for those who commit sins that don't lead to death. there is a sin that leads to death. I'm not telling you to pray about that. Every kind of wrongdoing is sin, yet there are sins that don't lead to death. We know that those who have been born from god don't go on sinning. Rather, the Son of god protects them, and the evil one can't harm them." Ask God for guidance (see Psalms 25:4-7). God will direct you (see Psalms 48:14). God works everything out for his plan (see Proverbs 16:4). God directs events in your life (see Acts 16:6-7). God gives wisdom for making decisions (see James 1:2-5).
God Bless you
For You who has never given your life to Jesus Christ or You who wants to recommit your life
You do not want to go through any uncertainty when you you are not born again. You are therefore welcome to the life of salvation. Jesus Christ died for all of us to be saved. Believe me, you do not know what the future holds for you, You Must Be Born Again to be saved. In John 3:3 NLT Jesus Christ says, "I assure you, unless you are born again, you can never see the Kingdom of God." In John 3:5-8 NLT assures that, 5 "The truth is, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. 6 Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives new life from heaven. 7 So don't be surprised at my statement that you must be born again. 8 Just as you can hear the wind but can't tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can't explain how people are born of the Spirit." I now encourage you to give your life to our LORD, the only true living God, the creator of Heaven and Earth by reconciling yourself to God through our Lord, the only son of the living God, Jesus Christ.
So pray with me this prayer and GIVE YOUR LIFE TO JESUS CHRIST, say:
My lord Christ Jesus, I believe you are the Son of the Living God. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I submit my life to You. I confess my sins and ask you to come into my life and save me. I want to know You. I want to learn to trust You. I know I cannot save myself. As of today and now, I ask You into my mind - heart - and soul as I accept You as my personal Lord and Savior. Please help me in Your name because I believe I am now born again. Amen.
Please if you just gave your life to our Lord Jesus Christ or renewed your life to Him with this prayer, call me on phone +256750063451.

not even when you had backslide. In Jeremiah 3:22
NKJV God says “Return, faithless people; I will cure you of backsliding.” I would love to pray with you and for you. I would love to share with you wonderful testimonies and scriptures to guide you through this wonderful journey that we share in salvation. God bless you.
