Do you think Jesus Christ was wounded and crushed for nothing?

No, Jesus was wounded and crushed for your sins, my sins and all of our sins!

Jesus Christ paid the price to set you and me and all of us free (see Isaiah 44:22-23).

Do you think Jesus Christ was beaten for Nothing?

No, Jesus Christ was beaten so that you and me and all of us might have peace!

Do you think Jesus Christ was whipped for nothing?

No, Jesus Christ was whipped so you and me and all of us are healed!

Child of God, when our Lord Jesus Christ died for you and me and all of us, Jesus did it willingly.

Because Jesus Christ is God, Jesus could have escaped from His captors and executioner's with a spectacular display of power. Jesus chose not to escape just for the sake of you, just for the sake of me, just for the sake of all of us. Had Jesus escaped from His captors and executioners, we would all still be lost in our sins.

How can you, me and all of us ever repay our LORD for paying the price to set us free?

I tell you child of God, you and me and all of us, we cannot.

So, How should you, and me, and all of us respond?

In your response, my response, our response, we can commit our lives to our Lord Jesus Christ, trusting Him to help us with our lives for the sake of our sins, for the sake of our peace and for the sake of our healing and ensuring we live in the light and in the power of the Holy Spirit to be able to live as Jesus Christ wants us to live.

Child of God, show your gratitude to our Lord Jesus Christ.

What kind of friend are you?

Child of God, be careful which friend you have.

According to the Bible (Proverbs 18:24 NLT), You have a pretender in your life that you call a friend. This pretender is only with you when you have something and never with you when you have nothing. That is a phony friend and never a real friend.

Child of God and Family of Faith, some people come into your life only to pretend to be your friends and by any cost act friendly when at heart they never mean it.

Why would someone be a phony friend?

1st. The person may want to look good (the person may want to be seen with the right people so that those who see think they too are right as well yet they are there only for a show) or

2nd. The person may have got into the friendship with a motive of gaining something through the 'friendship.' In such relationship, instead of being a friend the person who gets into the relationship with a motive of gaining at the other's expense makes sure s/he strictly only uses you for their own gain.

Child of God, as a Christian you should not be like this. Instead be different in Christ Jesus;

1. Show respect for one another, and

2. Show Love for one another, and

3. Be honest with one another.

What Kind of Friend are You?

Be that Brother, that Sister in Christ Jesus and stop being Phony to tap in the grace of our Lord Christ Jesus.
